Its quite silly actually. Who would be stupid enough to plaster Gaui's brand all over the PhotoshipOne's ads if they were illegitimate? That's the most rediculous accusation I have ever read.
BTW, how do you guys trace a member's IP address from the forum? Pretty clever stuff Chris!

Nice find Chris B. That is pretty funny. I think the hot doctor makes me want one even more! Do I get a free exam with my mount purchase?

Sorry guys, I can't take the credit, I have no idea on how to an IP search.
BUT, pending further investigation as I promised John on the phone this afternoon, I will, at least temporarily, close this thread while I discuss that particular IP address with Adams Internet.

Unlocked,
The support staff did some investigating. We had two accounts here on Helifreak using the same IP. So we contacted Adams Network and they told use they only use static IP's. That only 1 IP is assigned to each of there accounts. So the two accounts here on Helifreak are coming from the same IP. The two accounts below are using the exact same IP from Adams net https://www.helifreak.com/member.php?u=69470 https://www.helifreak.com/member.php?u=33123 David |

Interesting thread on RR about this. Absolutely pathetic behavior. Someone must be really scared and frightened about their competion to stoop to that low a level. |

What made me laugh out loud and spit coffee on my monitor was the post (now gone by the way) in the other forum stating that this "company" uses a different net provider than Adams, but if you go to that company webpage to send them an email, interestingly, it's to an adams.net address. Fits right in there with candidates for worlds dumbest criminals and darwin awards. This person's idiocy is his own undoing.

Geeze, its bad enough a whole forum is having a battle of wits with one person, but what really makes it unfair is that he is "unarmed".

Its like watching a redneck try surgery with a chainsaw. He doesn't even know which end to hold....

Gaui is indicating to me they plan to put info on PhotoShip One on their website as soon as they begin production. I'm guessing several weeks from now.
Paul Fu from Gaui was kind enough to step in and clarify on this thread that they are in fact involved in the project. Paul also indicated to us he never received any emails from anyone inquiring about the product. Maliciously posting false information with intent to cast a dark shadow on PhotoShip One & Gaui is not only unethical it is illegal. It will be dealt with accordingly. BTW, I never did get a telephone call from "Nathan". Go figure. Thanks for all of your support in PhotoShip One & Gaui. Rest assured PhotoShip One & Gaui both strive to provide a positive customer experience and malicious, illegal activity is NOT something you will EVER see. |

All this shinanagan from a guy who complained about you openly criticizing him. I guess he figures doing it covertly by using a proxy ID is acceptable, the height of such hypocracy is astounding!

Nice to hear we will be dealing with a company that is professional as it should be. These antics are childish to say the least. Legal action....that sounds familiar. Tip |

Sad. Will the real JO please stand up?
Does anyone know who else was being sued by John? I recall there being two individuals. One we know, there is another though I think.. |

Guys this thread has gone on long enough for HF and of course it will not be deleted.
Anyway, I have dabbled in AP and I really think this new mount is going to be a contender. Glad to see Gaui expanding their product and customer base. It is great for the hobby.
