Nice Raytang.. I have a stretch 600-700 also.. you say you changed your mount. Please post some pics of the mount change.. I am very interested... you say you removed the shock and the rear pivot bearing for your supports...

Ahah!... interesting. I see you used the landing gear frame mounts to secure to the top. I was wondering about that. You sure have a knack for re-purposing things. great!
Let us know about the testing.. Oh yeah Raytang.. what problems were you having with the rc car shocks and such. Your other videos were looking pretty smooth.. rc car shocks seem like they work well.. even on the HALO heli.. Thanks for posting pics!

Hey pal, great set up. I am very impressed. I thought I'd be finish my camera ship by now, unfortunately, I have lost my 450 pro (it is sitting in a tree high above ground). So, I have spent my camera ship money on a new 450 sport with FBL. But the good thing is I have seen your set up, and it is so much better set up, I am glad my project is delayed, I can re-constract my set up over again.

Ask your local Firestation or some Climbing guys, if they will get it down for you!
Good exercise for them and if you give them a crate of beer, i am sure they will get it down. Otherwise multiple painter poles done together or fishing line with a stone attached will do the trick also. Don't leave it up there... Daniel |

Hi everyone, I like your Trex setups and camera mounts. If you don't mind my asking, what is a good Trex 600 setup to carry a camera on board like a Canon T2i or a Vixa Point and shoot HD videocam? 6S, 8S, etc? Thanks. |

IMO, I think 6s set up is good enough for Aerial, with a reliable ESC of course. With two packs of 3300mah or 3600mah pack run in parallel will give you at least 10mins fly time. 8S doesn't make much difference to be honest.

Thanks for that, good to know 6s is decent enough for lifting.

Well. I run 12S with 2 x 5000mah packs and a Tango 45-06 motor...
It's a stump puller... I just feel that you can't have enough overhead power with an AP rig... My heli doesn't even break a sweat.. the power system has zero struggle... I just like knowing my cam equipment is in good (strong) hands!
