Default Wild BLheli Oversky 16600 problems

https://vimeo.com/105715448
So I've read up on how to properly bind and arm this thing, bought it used from a member on here. He said it ran fine for him, but when I put it into stunt mode it starts doing this pulsing thing. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong that makes it do this?

I double check that today when I get home, but Im pretty sure that was a fresh battery.
Unless a 180mAh 45C battery isn't enough juice for that motor, though I would assume it is.

I have seen a bad solder joint, either on a battery connector or an ESC, cause that problem before.

Welp, plugged in a battery fresh off the charger and put it in Idle Up and ran smooth as butter. Guess that was it!
