Default 3gx .. Gov light keeps coming on ??? Help pls

Hi all

Ok on my new 700E build using the 3gx with AR8000 Rx , I have connected up as per the instructions for standard receiver , I have two power input going into the 3gx , one is the normal bat input , and the other is going in via a Y adaptor in to the thro ..

All is working fine , tho I and sometimes getting the Gov light on the 3gx light up , I have tried different arraignments of putting the second power lead into the 3gx and this way seems the most sensible ..

I have gyro assigned to gear , and Aux 2 inh , Aux 3 inh , Aux 4 inh .. I have the Gov feature in my Dx9 turned off.. ..

All servos are moving as they should not issues there , the only thing I'm noticing is that from time to time the Gov light is turning green ???

I have not test flown with this setup yet , though best to check to see if anyone understands whats happening ??? and if the light coming on is a problem ??

I wanted to use the AR8000 as I'm going to add telemetry latter on , and that I already have it , and don't have anymore Sat's .. So thought I would put it to good use ..

thanks guys

As you are probably aware, Gov on the 3gx is for nitro. I have never run one but I believe you need an rpm sensor hooked up for it to work anyway.

Although preferably red (off), I have had it green too with no issues. From memory I did a rebind and it seemed to fix itself, as it were
This was on my dx8 though.
