Default New Owner just received kit

Well I just received the kit. Without ever seeing the kit in person I am glad the canopy thou not large but larger than my 6hv that I crashed. Plan on using the compass 6 hv motor. Bought the metal bearing blocks. Is there any other parts need replacing? I can't believe this thread is not more active. Now I need to watch a build video! Blade 130x Is more active than this thread. For double the price you get a heli 10 times larger!LOL. Now that is value. What is in the container labeled longterm2? There is already red locktite included.

Congrats. I think it might be some sort of grease. I just used the grease I already had. The heli goes together very well. Just make sure you don't over tighten the grub screw that holds the elevator crank onto the lever arm, mine stripped out.

Ya, you do not see a lot of posts on the x50e. Probably because there is not too much to complain about.

The metal bearing blocks were the only upgrade needed imho. Also, I found the stock canopy a bit flimsy/vibby and bought one of the optional x50 canopies.

You also may need to re-shim your head if it develops a bit of play in it. These shims are handy for this;

They also have these in 0.3mm as well.

I really love this heli and I hope you enjoy yours as well.

Cheers,
TomC

That does it I am moving to Australia. People are friendly and if you don't speak English you can't live there. Plus they have nude beaches. Wonder if my wife is ok with that?
Thanks Mate.
