If an order was placed then there would have been a payment. It would have been confirmed at that time.

There many helicopter shops in the world to serve you.

I am sure one of them will make you very happy.

Don't sweat it, Ralph. I'm sure that the rest of the planet will confirm your efforts. Just scroll through the previous pages. I guess that silver doesn't get the whole mutual respect deal. I'd be willing to bet that any negative feedback that you have received has been in PM form. Maybe I am just naïve. (not sure that spellcheck got that one right). O'doyle rules!....I mean FBLR rules. Yup...I've never had an issue with my orders. I'll continue to order all my Synergy parts from him and I'm eagerly awaiting the new E5 stuff he hinted at earlier.

Got my Heli Workstation within days. What a FANTASTIC product for my bench, but it's a "MUST HAVE" for Fun Fly season. Quick service. Great products. Good pricing. What else is there?

I've had my eye on that work station from fblrotors as well. Being new to Synergy, I just got the battery trays and turnbuckles. I'm very happy with both and have never been able to tune a heli so precisely. What a different experience to work with such quality parts.

... and that customer service!

I too have enjoyed doing business with FBL Rotors Unlimited. 3 orders across 2 years.

Confirmation on order, status update when shipped and great quality pieces & parts that improve upon already great Synergy Helis.

My OCD is kept at bay with Ralph's stuff!!!

Thanks guys for the support. Tomorrow will be my first day back at work after being gone for 2.5 weeks. My employer has been very kind about the time I have missed. I am thankful for the home office concept when you need it.

During the last couple days I have been feeling great and having been working on my N7. This is great therapy!!!!
