This is the first order from HD that's actually been wrong.

I ordered a DS95i servo, which is quite pricey and received a set of DS95i gears which isn't quite so pricey. The rest of the order was spot on.

I've called and hopefully will be getting the correct part in, which sadly won't be here by the weekend when I wanted to fly.

Customer support was very decent on the phone and tho I offered to send back the gear set, I was told it was cheaper and less hassle to just keep it in case I ever need it in the future. Wait time on hold was acceptable as well.

Here's to hoping it doesn't get screwed up again.
