YGE 90LV Gov Store. Has it recorded?
Hi there all.
I'm having trouble with my YGE 90LV Gov Store. Can't see the blip/kick/speed drop.. whatever it is that signifies that the head speed has been recorded. It's driving me crazy. The setup is: Logo 500, Futaba 14SG to Futaba R7003SB to Mini vBar 5.3 Pro to the YGE90LV. The one that came in the Mikado Super Combo. 2 years ago now. Throttle endpoints have been set via the stick method. Throttle endpoints are 100 / -100 in Vstabi software. Battery (Hacker Top Fuel ECO 20C) is charged to 4.0V per cell. I then use the Prog Card III to place the ESC in Gov Store Mode. Set Active Freewheel to on. I start-up the ESC/Heli and hear the beeps indicating its ready to store the head speed. Then go to 100% throttle. It spools up and that's it. No perceivable drop in head speed or blip. I have let it run for quite some time. I stop the motor and disconnect the battery. Reconnect it again and no beeps indicating readiness to record. Other than that, how do I know it's worked? Anyone else experienced this issue? Also have quite a bit of bogging in hard climb outs which leads me to think it's not working. I have recorded a little video of a spool-up in case more experienced eyes/ears can spot the moment of recording that I can't. I have done this procedure on my goblin 380 and the blip was quite noticeable.
Any input much appreciated. Stevo
