That is how it should work without CCPM.

Lets get this clear. Are you saying the servos are moving by themselves without you touching the sticks ?.

I believe he means when he switches to H1 single servo mode

Yes but what is not clear to me is, are the servos moving one per stick as they should or are they moving by themselves.

yeah they all move by themselves.(servos moving one per stick)..but throttle up and down moves the pitch?

i do not have flymentor hooked up yet.....i hooked up the DX6 up just with servos....i did not even hook up gyro...just tail servo, to set the radio up and set horns at center and set pitch and swash....i starting from fresh.
So if thats the way the servos are supposed to work with mix off then i will hook up flymentor??? yes

Well it can be read both ways,it has be reported before that servos move by themselves without stick input. Anyway it is clear now one servo per stick which we all know is correct.

That's correct.... one stick function for one servo, H1 mode.... no Tx mixing

That is absolutely fine, as it should be. Next you should be connecting the Flymentor up.

sup cruz I dont have a wiring diagram but on your receiver the servos are already labeled by name I believe, which receiver do you have? If you dont get it right off and tell me which receiver you have I will draw you a schematic for that receiver.

Default that would be great.......hmmmm.....a diagram...i like pics

here it is..(AR6000) pic at bottom of page)...also another question????? About IVOR HILL FLYMENTOR wireing and setting up useing Helibal Trex and clones BIBLE (WE WILL CALL IT).

.Disconnect motor, power up TX and Heli, Led on FM should be flashing green, and connect to Helibal programme.
Check that swash type, blade direction and gyro camera directions are set correctley under the Helibal mounting tab.
Tip the heli and under the servo tab set the servo directions and send to FM so that when the heli is tipped the swash moves in the opposit direction to correct.
If you can get aileron to operate ok but not elevator the swop servo connections on FM ports 1 and 2 and start again. ( you can swap where they go....Thats not in the manual)???? i know you guys are the best, but thats where i get confusded???
Check stick directions and any that are incorrect reverse under the control tab and send to FM. lots of shoveling....but after my diagram i will be on the next step..thanks guys

When you tip the heli sideways the swash must automatically tip in the opposite direction to correct. So you set directions of the aileron and pitch servos to do this.
Then you tip the heli forward and set the direction of the elevator servo to tip the swash in the opposite direction.
If you can get the aileron and pitch servos to move in the correct direction when you tip the heli sideways but not when you tip it forward then swop over the servos plugs connected to ports 1 and 2 on the FM moduel and start again.
The plug with 3 wires comming from the FM moduel connects to the port marked AIL on your reciever. The yellow wire connects to the port marked ELE. The grey wire connects to the port marked RUD. THe green wire connects to the port marked GER and the orange wire connects to the port maked AUX.

Hey guys after all this time after my first 450 build that flies fine..(I just have orientation problems, that why the flymentor) I built my second 450 so I could install the flymentor.....But I’ve been watching old videos, (trying to learn something...I noticed that every vid I watch...the elevator servo is on the right (facing the 450 clone).. but mine is on the left (facing the 450 clone)....Is that why I’ve been having so much problems setting the flymentor up.....like I said my old 1 flies with elevator on wrong side?????

Sorry for the set back....I was just ready for the next step till I noticed that

The elevator servo is always the one on the front or rear on their own. You probably mean the aileron. It does not matter which of the two side servos you elect to be pit and ail as long as the mixes and reverses are set correctly.

"The elevator servo is always the one on the front or rear on their own"..mine is mounted on the left rear, where all the vids i watch are right rear looking from front of heli....there are 2 mounting positions for elevator servo.....it reverses direction, because you flip it one way or the other to make it work..
