Default Nitro gov help!!

Ok...Synergy N7 ys91 Tareq... Bk servos all around..,align gov sensor...
Setup gov as per Chris' video. Worked fine on first few flights but now
won't get up to speed ..doesn't seem to increase rpm.even when I switched to idle up 1 or 2 ...same low rpms..bench test shows servo and throttle movements..(albeit very slow increase but it increases never the less)..ikon shows magnet detected and rpm box is active when I free spin it.
Maybe my ramp up speed is too slow....throttle curve is the recommended as per setup 30% ...60%..100% hs is 1700.1800.1950.Trying to give as much info as possible. All gov settings are stock. Engine idles fine just won't get up to rpm even on full stick.

You must increase 30% to 40%. The rest of the percentages are fine

Still no dice went through the complete setup again as per Chris' video. Maybe my align gov sensor is bad.The heli will spool up but not enough to hover...even if I click on iu1 or 2.
I get a magnet detected light on the bench.a rpm reading when I spin the rotor. Don't know what else to try.
maybe a spectrum backplate sensor? I have one on my tsa 0s55hz with zero issues. Not sure if theres room with a pumped motor though.

Magnet needs to pass 1/2 mm under the sensor. Maybe it's not close enough? Or perhaps the sensor is just plain broken. They don't exactly cost a fortune. The backplane sensor can be a nightmare.

Yeh like Kthane said.
I honestly won't even try to use a backplate sensor

Dude, I'm so sorry I don't know why it didn't click with me sooner. I know what your problem is.
I also run the Tareq YS91srx motor.
Your going to have to get away from the back plate sensor all together.
It will not work with any YS motor except the older YS91sr

He said align sensor. But you do bring up a good point. You cannot use a back plate sensor on a the Tareq motor as the back plate is steel lined.

That's interesting, never was able to get my ikon units to play along with a backplate sensor. It would never soft start with one.

Try shortening your throttle linkage, dont change the min end point. You will have to lower your idle throttle percentage.

Try setting your soft start value to the lowest possible and then also try setting your ramp up value to a value of 4 or 5 and see how the spollup is from there.

If i'm thinking correctly its not the soft start thats acting up on you its the hand off from soft start to ramp up and then on up to set headspeed.

+1, sounds like a hand off issue.
