Default Helicommand Profi vs Rigid

I just can't justify spending thousands on the Helicommand Profi if the Helicomman Rigid will do the same thing.

I am only looking for horizontal stabilization and the Rigid feature for a flybarless setup.

Does anyone know if the Profi is really better then the Rigid if you are only using it for flybarless and horizontal stabilization.

Any input would be appreciated.

I have search here and other forums and have read through many threads on this topic. I have also contacted Helicommand on this subject but I was hoping to get the opinion from people who have actually used both systems.

Thank you

My opinion would be if you're only after horizontal stabilisation and flybarless head capability then go for the Rigid. The profi with altitude hold and GPS upgradability would be overkill.

Default profi is just that; for comercial use

unless you need redundency and fly near/ over populated places then the profi is overkill
the rigid is the hobby version and has the same functions at a lower cosat and some lower performance.

no need to blow a few grand when the rigid will do the job your asking it to, can't comment on the rigid, but I use the 3A and it works like a charm for me so far
