New F3C 800 shake
Hi all, I have a newly built Align 800F3C machine that has a pretty violent shake. It comes and goes and you can see it in the skids. I have tried a different set of mains and tails but no difference. I know a video would help but I've only hovered it twice because of this shake/vibration. I've run the heli with the head off and the main shaft looks true true. Someone said it has to be in the had so thinking I will go back though that. Any other suggestions?
Thanks, T

What FBL are you using, What hs are running. If this is a new machine is most likely going to be dampening or tuning issue.

If the shiver was permanent I'd say mechanical but intermittent I'd say FBL software. Is it an aileron vibe or an elevator vibe?
Pulled from the BEASTX Wiki The helicopter wobbles on aileron and elevator axis. Reducing the swashplate gain does not help to suppress this effect completely.

The only time my 800 did that was because I wasn't paying attention and put one blade upside down.... it shake soooooo bad it looked like it was about to blow up.... I looked at everything and couldn't figure it out.... then I notice the blades.... yeah stupid me wasted about 2 hours of re-configuring...
Anyways check that... doubt it because you said you were able to hover... brand new kit.... you prob need to remove parts and isolated.... My 500L had the shakes too.... end up being the tail boom brace where on to tight and off sided .... |
