Need some Help with REALFLIGHT And a new CCPM TX-Update
well ive been flying realflight for a while now, and i see on my transmitter theres a knob at the top that says pitch. Does anyone know what i have to do to realflight to change the blade pitch so i can hover upside down? I already got my Idle up swich set up, but i need to know what channel it should be on...
Thanks Dan EDIT: I finally swiched my controller over from Mode one to mode 2, by changing the springs around, and i swiched elev and thro ch on the inside connector thingies around too. Its a crap tx so im not worried about wuts gonna happen to it. So i was wondering how exactly do you also do the first mission on heli training...i am completely confused about it, i can't seem to figure out what to do....its the first lvl, and what ever i do i can not make the bar go up. Could someone help me the basics for realflight, like what stick does airleons go with, and where does rudder go? the left or right stick? So confusing FOR NEWBS LIKE me... i think im technically challenged, i can not do anything on the compupuper...at all! Thanks again a ton! |

You should have not had to take apart or do anything WHAT-SO-EVER.
In mode 2: The Left stick should control the throttle and the tail. The Right stick controls the swash. If you selected a 3-D model idle up is on the front left switch thottle hold is the front right switch.

OK now I really need hep!
I got a 3d model so i could do 3d stunts, like inverse hovering, etc. etc. But this is a CCPM radio, so when i push throttle, on the screen it make a diagnol. I can not get any of this to work. Anyways this is another cheap radio thats my friend is using when he plugged his in it worked perfectly, but mine does not like to work. Im gonna ask the guys at my LHS mabey on friday  Any Ideas? Also this one has a Idle Up swich on the left, then comes a knob, and then comes a A/E/R D/R swich (whatever that means) followed by a throttle hold swich. If this helps, well ya. Also ive seen to notice that when i push throttle, it also changes the blade pitch, but wont get the heli off the ground. Theres also a airplane selector swich or heli, and works great in airplane but i can not use any of my swiches (ARGGGH!!!) I have also not done any mods to this TX. Thanks Dan

Does the radio on realflight work not work right? I am confused. The is no need to take anything apart to go from mode 1 to mode 2. It is a computer setting.
You do not want to use your REAL radio as you will just wear the pots on the radio for no good reason. Just use the fake radio box that comes with RF.

He He funny you should say that.
Well I still have to tell you more of the story. My Realflight I bought, the Interlink never Worked. But the Interface did work. So I went out and bought a Cheap radio (general Use) and i found that i needed a ccpm 3d radio to do 3d. So i go out and buy a 3d radio. This costs me another 30 dollars. hmm wtvr. So i go to plug this in and all of this happens. Also Realflight will not cover the damage because it was shipped internationally and well ya. The throttle stick moves the knob and it makes the Elevator swich go up and down, and then the whole thing is goofie. Anyways, this is not my real radio. This is a radio that I just run for now, when I get ,my TREX I will be buying a Spektrum DX7, which i think is a good priced affordable nice radio, with the 2.4Ghz. Thanks Dan

How much does RF want for a new radio if you send the old one back?

I dont know, but i know shipping is 60 dollars to the us and mabey even mroe on the way back, for a resonable speed (2 weeks) and then 60 bucks back, i would actullay rather just leave it how it is. I am going to go to the hobby shop. caz i know they use these radios.
