Smile ECO8

Stranger things have happened. I found an unused ECO8 in the shed last week and flew it for the first time, rusty flybar and main shaft included. Brilliant. Can't tell you when I bought it or why, after building it, I never got round to flying.

My new Flymentor is getting more immediate attention.

It arrived last month and has been airborne lots since. It hasn't entirely settled, but its done a few stable circuits in a 450.

Now the temptation is to rip it from the 450, something that must have been designed by a chimp, and move it across to my (now shiny) German-engineered thoroughbred.

Old and new, as it were.
