Default Ball link tightness

All the ball link pop on really snug and don't spin on the ball even close to freely. Will this eventually work its way more freely for use or should I be concerned?

Yes they loosen up, but I'd size the tail links to ease the job of its servo. In fact you could do the servo to swash as well, but leave the pitch links as they are.

That is exactly what I did as well. After a dozen flights or so they have loosened up nicely.

Many say don't ream any of the links, but IMO the ones going to the head are so tight they could damage the servos. I always ream those. The links are so chunky it's very unlikely they'd ever pop off...
