Default Anybody using a SR 2 in 1?

Hey guys working on my electronics conversion for my bee...so far so good the brushless motor is so smooth and quiet

heres the problem...getting the tail to work. I am running the stock tail setup and cant get the tail dialed in it either doesnt spin, spins too fast, i have to give it slight rudder to get the motor started, or the tail responds super slow...at this point i am not even sure if my gyro is responding to HH motion i am just trying to get the heli off the ground.

Anybody have any suggestions on where i can start?

got it fixed....gyro was mounted wrong...thats what i get for buying a cheapy with no directions.

but omg brushless bee is so nice and smooth and easy to fly...i was even able to fly it missing a link off the flybar frame (have more on order) and it reacted faster than the brushed motor ever did. Well worth the $50-60 i spent on everything plus i get to use my radio.

anybody have any idea on what i should ask price wise for the stock 4 in 1 and TX?

Offer to pay them £10 and someone may take it off your hands!

Seriously, I'm sure it's worth something, especially the 4 in 1. Is it 2.4Ghz?
