Default Questions that none one dares to make about the cool Shoguns

Guys as we all are constantly learning (and re-learning), what about a topic that we´re free to ask questions that may seem fool but still a doubt?

There goes my first:

I´m not a 3D lover (at least not that much). My first intentions on Shogun/Zoom is to carry my micro cam to shoot around . . .

For this purpose CF blades are better or the stock one´s will do the job?
Are the CF blades good only for 3D ?

Thanks in advance[/b]

Answer: Carbon blades will interfer with RF from cam use stock blades. We tried something like that at the last FF and the Carbon blades knocked out the signle from the cam.

I hope this helps. Try the stock blades first and see it the camera will operate. If you have a set of Carbons try them to. They may work with it being such a small disc.

Thank you Bighands,

I did not received my Shogun yet (already ordered). By what you said I think is a matter of the frequency produced by the blades.

Another question is: some guys are using 8 or 10 teeth pinion on the Himaxx 2025 4200, but as far as I can see, the most of you are using 9 teeth. Wich is the best?

There´s any reason of performance X temperatire?

Regards
