Default My best blade setup yet

So I have been tinkering with this little blade for a few weeks now. When I bought it, I installed a 1320mah lipo right away.

I have arrived a the best setup I have come up with so far. It includes no upgrades other than the battery.

-I am running flat bottom blades but with 1" trimmed from each end
-my head and blades are both staticly and dynamicly balanced
-Stock motor, but with the timing changed by turning the end cap clockwise 1/4"

I am getting better head speed and much more power. The charge lasts as long as it did with the smaller gear on the aerobatic upgrade motor. Still on my first tail and main motor (however I have been running both main motors). I used my IR thermometer and measured 105f on the main and the tail motor after a full battery pack of hovering.

I am avoiding putting any money into this thing. Trying to keep my focus and not make it something its not.

About 45 flights on it now, mostly hovering as I am learning to nose in hover in my kitchen

Just thought I would pass the info along.

How did you decide where to leave the timing? Highest RPM?

Some guy on another fourm came up with it. I suppose you could adjust it, on the bench, but you would have to solder on some longer wires to the caps. Might give that a go.
