So, will an AR9000/JR R921 fit between the frames? Will it work on the little shelf with clearance for the side wiring to the satellites?

John

EDIT: Sorry, don't have mine yet, and got an irrational fear...

Yes of course it will fit! Sheesh it fits between a 450 frame......

However in my vids it's going on top of the tail box because the servo wires are too short to reach to the bottom or even the tray...

Bob
I noticed how short the servo wires were in your servo video, and thought hmnn ... that is going to be interesting how Bob is going to fix that.

Is there anyone out there that happens to know if the wires a just as short on the other servo alternatives?

T.i.a.

Hey Bob, All those arms DO come with the 5245 servos including the trick aluminum one, thats why I posted it Also, the wires are at least 7 inches long. I dont remember if I trimmed mine or not.

:edit:
RH website states the wire is 12 inches

Bob! Thanks for clearing up yet another matter, - I basically agreed with you about "that trim BS", but you took it even further and took away the myth of sub-trim as I have been taught. I did actually believe that there would be a shift in ATV and servo center, but I am glad to hear that my 14MZ and many other transmitters don't even care.

Thanks for the lesson. Respect......again!

/Henrik

In reference to..5245 servos and arms including the trick aluminum one Cool! FYI...The metal one is the only one that supports 16.5mm. I belive that is the measurement that Bob talks about in his video.

Have one in my hand right now. 16mm center-to-center third hole out. Sweet!

The DuBro Heavy Duty Servo Arms (not the Long ones) for Hitec fit the 5245s and the shart arm is 16.5mm to the second hole out from center, and the mid length arms are 16.5mm to the second hole out from center.

I just checked some.
