Sounds like it needs a cleaning. It's mainly the silver track that needs the cleaning. I use deoxit. Red liquid. Then follow up with Deoxit Fader Lube.

I get the 100% sample size. Comes with four of the Deoxit types. You use very little.

Some people use the Deoxit spray from Radio Shack. It's 5% solution and the rest is the delivery solution. I heard they don't even bother taking the servo apart. Just spray like they do WD40.

The mCPX is famous for it's jittery servo. It's just one of those maintenance thing with Blade's linear servo.

Disconnect the motor plug, then simply push it out from the underside with a screwdriver (it's glued in place)

You may have to unhook your servo leads also.

My new never crashed nano has bad vibrations which I feel when I hold it in my hand. I have perfectly balanced blades, I've tightned the feathering shaft a little and I've tried different main blade tensions. Nothing of this helped the problem. What's the next thing to do? The heli is unflyable... :-(

I'm used to micros, have had 4 walkera micros over the years.

Did you check your main shaft if it's bend? I know some Nano's that came out of the box with slightly bend main shafts. Worth taking a look

I checked the main shaft and it is bend despite never being crashed.. Is it hard to change it? Seems like its glued or something, how do I do?

Buy a new one. Looks like the collar is CA's on the shaft. I wish they would have pinned it instead.

I've already have ordered one:-D. I'm more concerned about getting the main gear back on.

I made a shaft today with the collar from a stock shaft. While not exactly painless it comes off after a few knocks. Would be great if we could find a fitting collar somewhere.

He Craig,

What you can use for a new collar is one of the sides of a MSR head link. Incredible tight fit over the 2mm main shaft. I'm flying with that on my wild set up without any problems

One side of the stock collar has a small collar that sits on the rotating inner part of the bearing. How would this work with the msr head links?

I used "un cure". Put it on, waited only a few secs, twisted off with a pair of pliers. No problem really.

Well, the stock collar needs that because of it's thickness. The MSR head links have a much smaller diameter so the whole "msr-collar" rests on the inner part of the bearing

Here are some measurements:

- Outer diameter MSR head link 3.64mm
- Outer diameter of the bearing inner ring 2.86mm
- Inner diameter of the bearing outer ring 4.13mm

Give or take 0.02mm, it was a bit tiny to measure. As you can see the MSR head link works perfect here

Hahaha. I fly at earl oneal soccor field at 4 pm when it works out perfect. I need room for the 450 and 600. But that only happens 2 times a week if im lucky. Most of the time its a quick few flights before the sun goes down off the deck, im still waiting on new motor. If the brushless setup becomes available again i will be getting that. I miss my nano.
