Default KOSMIK 200 SHUTDOWN!!!

Hi Guys,

Any of you that recently purchased the KOSMIK 200 had similar shutdown like me and other that post here.
I want know if the last batch has the same problem or they had solve this problem???
Kontronik has this problem with the firmware and continuous selling this KOSMIK????

I cant say if they are still selling the Kosmik but I see no reason why they would not as its a very small % who have reported this issue.

You will hear soon as its solved. Keep checking the news page on their site or here because as soon as it is people will post it on here as well no doubt

Real soon

But those that were having shutdowns, could program fixed timing at 25 for the time being.

Power was severly underwhelming on fixed timing.
Best option is to go to a bigger motor, which worked well for me.

Hi Ben,

Thanks a lot for the reply, i hope KONTRONIK solve this as soon as possible, i have two KOSMIK's 200 that has this problem, it's a lot of money that doesn't work.

I just used more collective management, but it is a big difference in power from fixed to auto, soon auto will be back in play and collective management won't be a must.

Cheaper to wait for the update than to buy another motor, for some.

I have 2 kosmik 200 in my XXtreme´s 800 with pyro 800-40L and I have the same problem like Luciano, Kontronik we still wainting for new firmware.

Same problem as you mate...my esc appears bricked now... Kontronik are still emailing with questions etc....so you guys are saying even v 3.01 still has issues with running auto timing and using pyro 800 or is that just issues running auto timing on other brand motors...I just be happy fly at all even if my power is down due to fixed timing

Yes, I Ihave been flying it with no problems, I have posted a log in the other thread 3.2 is out.

There's a 3.2 already ? Ill have to check website again....I put the 160 I had in my logo and flew it this weekend...never broke a sweat or missed a beat maxed at 90 amps. ... My 200 is bricked so it's going back....
