Pinion size
Hi guys I bought the 800 bare bones and as such no pinion. I have the Pyro 800-40L and a Kosmik 200. I've notice that there are various pinion sizes available but I cant for the life of me see how to adjust motor distance to accommodate the different sizes. Everything looks as though the motor will only sit in one place. The combo comes with the 18 can anyone confirm this is the one to get.
Thanks |

The entire unit as a whole slides.
Holes thru CF frame are oval shaped. motor/side plates/bottom counterbearing. Martin

I am currently running the 19T pinion which gives me 2010HS. I have my timer reduced to 4:00mins down from 4:30mins 1850HS, but the capacity limit kicked in just before the timer went off. I have it set at 3.7Ah using 5000 packs and had 18% left. The heli is a vastly different beast at 2010HS and is very "light" and responsive. The motor was only slightly warmer than usual but the Kosmik was noticeably warmer.
