Summit4000 Registered Users Join Date: Sep 2011	iCharger 4010 Duo Firmware update issue via a Surface 2 Pro tablet I am trying to upgrade the firmware on my iCharger 4010 Duo. I have no issues when upgrading via a Windows 7 VM under Parallels on my iMac. The charger is recognized when I attach to the USB port and completes the update with no issues. However, I can not get the V2.1 upgrader to recognize my charger on my Surface 2 Pro tablet running Windows 8.1. The charger indicates that it is connected (shows the USB icon). The tablet shows that it recognizes that the Junsi 4010 Duo is attached via USB under devices. But the upgrader program says 'Device not found!'. I have tried using a powered USB hub as well, with no change. What am I missing? Anyone able to update their 4010 Duo firmware with a Surface 2 Pro tablet running Windows 8.1? I did some goggle searches but have not found anything. Thanks.
