hyper 50 wont throttle up

I am fighting an issue with my hyper 50 that has me baffled. It ran great for half a season last year and after sitting for a month or so I went to fly it and it wouldnt throttle up without sputtering and cutting out and then dying. I got it out this season and the first flight or 2 it ran fine then it started back with the same ole crap. It starts very easy and idles just fine but wont spool up. I have replace all the tank lines, pickup tube hose and have confirmed no air issues. The pickup hose did crumble apart when I took it apart. Any advise would be appreciated. I am thinking maybe the carb has some crap in it. Any tricks to cleaning it? I pulled it off tonight but havent done anything with it yet.

That's a good indication that some crap got in your carburator

Take it apart and blow air in the needle/fuel passages.
