Default New DFC Conversion Issues

Just converted my 500 ESP which was setup with the stock Align FBL head (it was flying perfect with absolutely no issues) to the new DFC head and DFC swash. My first concern was how hard it was to fit the ball links from the blade grips to the DFC Swash, I was like the arms on the blade grips extended to far out. Both ball links had to be snapped on (to the swash) at the same time, and to remove them I have to actually unscrew the balls from the swash first then pop the links off. Is this normal?.
The second issue was the heli would porpoise while in fast FWD flight. I had to drop my Vbar gyro gain from 70 to a very low 42.
But last and most important is the extreme vibration that is saturating the Vbar logs. (Never had any vibrations with the old FBL head no matter how hard I flew). I isolated the vibration down to the blade grips, I can spool up the heli with everything installed on the head with the exception of the feathering shaft and blade grips and I have no vibrations. Note: When the feathering Shaft and Grips are installed the grips are smooth as silk with no binding.
Any suggestion would be appreciated before I go back to the stock FLB head and swash.

Do you have a digital scale? Try weighing each grip to see if there are similar weight. Could be a balance issue

For me the ball links are a pain to pop on and off. Ball link pliers dont really fit to good in the dfc swash.

Yes I do have a digital scale, and that is on my list of things to do today.

1- Even if it is new, it is possibel for the feathering shaft to be out of spec, or I think I heard nce, even bent. Check it out.

2- I have the 1gen Align head, and when reasseembling it, I have had to push using a hex drier on the retaining screw the grip inward to even them out. This is also a good way to cure a grip if it seems nothcy verus the other grip.

Are you using Vstabi express or Pro? If pro can you post a vid of the vibe analys. I suggest a vid becuase it allows one to see the maxvibes during the spool up process.

the dampers are stiffer so you may need to up the head speed to reduce the nodding

I'm also having the same issue. I believe that mine, same as your DFC head is defective. I've changed all moving parts to new ones and no use. The vibration is going from head, since when it spins down the whole heli wobles and shakes. Without blades, everything seema normal. I know its not the blades, since I balanced them and changed to new 3rd pair!

Have you tried pushing really hard side to side on each blade grip to see how much end float there is, maybe if there is as much as mine it could be causing a bit of vibration. Check out my post.
