I've been thinking of getting a cheap exi 450 pro air frame, do you know if I can putt align parts on it?

I'm pretty sure that the parts are compatable. My EXI is identical to a Trex.

I see that this is a resurrected thread, but a good one, none the less. I have owned both EXI and HK 450s. The EXI 450 Pro (belt) is a beast. I think that the build quality is good, but the plastic gears are terribly out-of-round. Screws and plastic parts are of higher quality than HK, IMO. My HK 450 had multiple mechanical failures that resulted in extensive rebuilds.
Bottom line, the EXI 450 Pro ended my relationship with HK helis.

its probibly already been said here but I believe EXI and HK models comes from the same place, just like VALUEHOBBY........just picked up a EXI 450 for $30 and am impressed, but everyone probibly knows it has its flaws and upgrades to be made, nothing expensive just little odds/ends, and dont forget the locktite!!!! the screws are cheap and vibrate out not too mention break off if ya reefed too hard, myself, found every screw bolt tight, but still went around and double checked, again, not bad for just normal flying around..............o
