you are correct for the pulse width...

the Freq is as follows:

BL9188 Tail: 560hz
BL9180 Cylic: 333hz

Obviously the Freq is not as important in set up as the Centering Pulse of 760usec of 1520usec...so if gyro or FBL unit does not have the correct Freq setting...just set to the closest one...

no problem...I have both my Velocity 50 and my Velocity 90 running on TORQ servos and the CGY750's...both fly great!

although I do not think it mentions it in the CGY750 manual I used a "Y" harness on the tail servo and route power from my NRG RX 2S LiPo pack to both the CGY750 and the little 3ch Futaba SBus RX...just redundancy...have power going to both units...instead of all power being routed through SBus cable...

Default Thanks for this info, very helpful! and....

High all, this info was extremely helpful, and using the 760usec setting and 333hz or 560 hz frequency made the 9188 Torq Outrage rudder servo work perfectly.

and... just a further note

I have used an older Turnigy Servo tester that works great on standard servos, but gave indications when trying to test the 9188 (which falls into the newer class of higher performing servos for Rudder) gave me indications the servo was bad. Not so, it is working perfectly once setup right! So lesson learned is that the best way to test a servo is to setup the FBL unit settings properly and your high end servos should work as designed.

Thought I would share this in case this has happened to others...
Thanks, Happy Flying!
