Thunder Tiger Replacement canopies
So I bought this replacement canopy after I retired my autographed one, it was a bit pricey, but after I got it I can understand why. I decided to get a different color as well, so that explains the green. It's the exact same design and dimensions as the original red canopy that came with my X50B, but the paint has metal flake in it, even in the white part. I can't say I noticed the sparkling in flight, but it sure looks cool in the sun just sitting there.
These pics were taken before the crash of course. Luckily the canopy didn't suffer any damage. I don't know if the other replacement canopies have this type of paint, but the green one does for sure.

They definitely skimped on the stock red one then.

I want to paint my x50's more "in the air" visible/bright colours but can't bring myself to painting a nice looking canopy. I'm ordering a plain white one and paint that instead. Then keep the blue one for showing off
