Default SPLITTING THE SWASH ON THE V 90

Hope someone can help,i have bthe new mod 1 lower swash to fit,i have never done this before and have no idea how the thing comes apart? can someone give me an insighton how to go about it?

I would start with the 6 screws in the the top of the swash, that sholud allow you to split it open.

Hi, yeah done that first off...just don't know where to go next? don't know how much to force thing and in which direction.

The black cylinder pushes out through the bottom then into the new one, next you need to put the bushings in the top and bottom half's then place the ball back in and the silver top back on. The bushing's are cone shaped on the inside to form around the ball so take note how they are removed and replace them in the same direction. Also when you tighten the 6 bolts on top put them all in loose then tighten them slow making sure not to pinch the ball to much or it will be stiff to move and be sure to use a strong loctite on all bolts.

The first couple of posts actually cover the detailed assembly of the swash so you can easily see how it is constructed.
