Another E640 Modification
Hey All,
After reading and really liking the E640 mod posted by "RotorSport" I thought I'd post one that has worked well for me. This mod allows you to run larger battery packs. As you will see in the picture just cut the plastic "Electronics Mounting Tray" with an razor knife in the lower section allowing the bottom plate to shift lower. then just drill a hole in the side frame on each side and shift the screw hole down. I am able to load 5000ma Nano-Techs for longer flight times while I have been learning to fly. Maybe this has been posted before, I'm not much of a forum guy but I think I will start using it more. Re: Another E640 Modification
I've looked at doing something like that. Just never worked up the courage. Another benefit could be that 700 heli size packs would work, provided you measure.

Re: Another E640 Modification
Quick question. Are you using 5000 5S or 6S?
