I have been trying to reach Eagle Tree Systems for the past two weeks, both by email and phone, without success. I receive automated responses to my emails, but no replies from anyone.

Another poster on the ETS forum on RCGroups has been trying for over a month. Are they still in business?

They may be on vacation. I don't think they are a huge company.

I called and talked to them just over a week ago and discussed RPM sensors. They are a small company.

First, let me say that we are very much alive and kicking!

Mike66, I am not sure what could have happened in your efforts to reach us. We normally answer email within 2 days. My guess is that a spam filter was allowing our autoresponder to reach you, but did not like something about our actual emails to you.

Also, note that our German distributor (EMCOTEC) could be a good source for you, since the time zone issues would go away.

Thanks to Ecklund1, I've become much more aware of Helifreak. What a great forum! I've created an account here now, and will hopefully be able to provide help here with any Eagle Tree questions/concerns.

Thanks for your presence. My Eagle tree system is one of the best components on my 600E. There is so much it can tell you about your setup and even your lipos that you just can't get on the ground.
