Default HK600GT

Well I've been flying it for a few weeks now so here’s the scoop on my HK600GT Helicopter.
Parts fit on this kit is excellent and parts interchangeability with the Align Trex 600 electric is superb. The price of US$125.00 is excellent for this quality kit which sports CF frames, CNC Aluminum Head, CNC Aluminum Tail.
I opted for the Turnigy 600 4030-1100KV motor with a 6mm Rhino 15T Pinion. Tried
Turnigy and Align ESCs but was not impressed (too much blue smoke) so
I’m using a Kontronik Jive 80 ESC with Turnigy 6S 5000mAh LiPo packs and getting 6-minutes of sport-flying time for 78% pack discharge.
Futaba S9252 Cyclic and S9254 Tail servos with a GY401 Gyro.
SAB Main and tail rotor blades on this thing are awesome! (I also fly it on
Mavrikk Main and Raptor Tail blades with decent performance).
Here’s a list of recommended changes/upgrades:
1. Loctite all Head and Tail assemblies, no Loctite is used at the factory
…THIS IS A MUST
2. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN FASTNERS!
3. Replace pushrods and ball-links with Align (H60193T H60071TA0) …I found
the HK devices to be wimpy.
4. Replace Tail Drive Gear with Align (H60078T) ….THIS IS A MUST as the HK
belt-pulley slips slips on the shaft and causes tail blow-out leading to TAIL FAILURE.
5. Supplied HK Main-Gear better quality than Align IMHO so I prefer it, but the Align 170T gear is a good replacement option.
6. Main shaft is excellent but if you want to replace with Align, the
equiv is H60159 which is the one used on their 3-Bearing Nitro version (the
HK600GT frame uses 3-Mainshaft bearings and I like it)
7. I did not like the paddles supplied with the kit so I changed them out
to Thunder Tiger Raptor Paddles another option would be KBDD (just that I had Raptor handy).
8. The milk-jug canopy supplied is fine, but I opted for something more snazzy in fiberglass.

This thing flies like a dream and can take a licking, You simply can’t beat this
value. I just got another kit which I will be building as a flybarless version
with Skookum 720 avionics.

I also have the HK Quatro 4x6 Multi Charger and have had no issues with it (powered by a surplus HPswitching power supply 12V 55A).

Here's my rendition of the HK600GT:

I'm having a lot of fun with this bird and I am looking at building a flybarless one also
No threads that I know of, so feel free to post your experiences with this machine. I flew mine extensively Saturday and Sunday. Saturday, I changed out the original head-dampeners to KBDD orange and Sunday I went down to a 13-tooth pinion, sacrificing a little head-speed for torque
Throttle / Pitch Curves that work for me:
Norm 0 - 37 - 75 - 75 - 75 / -4*, 0*, 10*
ST1 82 - 82 - 82 - 82 - 82 / -10*, 0*, 10*
ST2 90 - 90 - 90 - 90 - 90 / -10*, 0*, 10*
....this thing flies SWEET!

Did going to a 13t give more pop? How well does the Turnigy 1100kv motor hold up performance wise?

Thanks!
