Default Extreme Metal Head Upgrade

Hello Everyone :-)

Ive just tried flying my CP for the first time since fitted the Extreme Head / swash combo

immediately the machine lifts off the heli starts to oscillate in a back and forth circular motion, there is no vibration as such and the movement is centred around the mainshaft so im certain its "In the head"

Now on assembly I pushed the two rubber O rings on the feathering shaft into the recesses in the head, now one is clearly visible yet the other isnt so this i think is the problem...

My question, for those of you that have had success with the head setup is..

What did you do with the O rings on assembly, push em in or leave em to be compressed as you tightened the blade grips retaining bolt.

There is no other play anywhere that ive looked and i know the main shaft is good cos its new.
Incidentally , if i hold it in my hand and spin it up I don't feel any oscillation..

Cheers in advance for your help.. .

hi, mine was the same and there was a lot of play. so i took it apart to check, there was a couple of balls missing from the thrust bearing washer. I'm currently looking for a replacement and am going to try these.
