Where to start?
I really want to get into this but have no idea where to begin. i have the heli and cameras but how do you do it? for still shots do you have someone else run the camera? how bout video does someone else run the camera? what is the best setup as far as mount wise and what would i need?
sorry for all the questions just would really like to do this. i tried it about 5 years ago with a tiny video camera and wireless system but it didn't work all that well. i am sure things have changed. thanks |

Well I would suggest getting a mount to start with, you didnt say what type of heli you have but HeliCam Solutions makes mounts for both the 30 size and larger heli's.
I have a Spectra-G Gasser with the Pro 60 Mount. I also have someone else fly the camera, I have a Video downlink that allows them to frame the shots. There is lots of info out there and it all depends on what you want to do! Oh ya it a whole lot of FUN as well !!!
