Default It is in the air now, thanks all!

Thanks everyone, I got the Eflite main gear and the bird is off the ground. Took a long time to get it work with the Spektrum Dx9,,,but certainly learned a bunch about how to set a tail up.

If anyone thinks the hover does not look right, let me know, thinking of trying some circles this sunday. Obviously with such an old bird, If I crash it is done...just going to salvage the rx.

Still working on my new Align 450L with Bavarian Deamon......think I bit off more than I can chew,,,,as way over my head setting it up....but taking very small baby steps.

Video of hover, first time in the air -- minus the gyro setup.

Hover looked very good to me. If I were to apply a very critical eye to it I might suggest that there was a little overcontrol, particularly on elevator. Funnily enough though, flying in confined spaces can make you do that. Even that seemed pretty well handled though, and I thought the heli seemed to fly pretty well.

Good luck with circuits.

Thanks for sharing, always makes me sentimental when I hear the sound of a belt-cp

Good Luck when she gets to stretch her wings, and with your other 450 project. Did u get the Bavarian Demon with self-levelling? Would be interested to hear how that works!!
