Default V120D02S motor problems?

Hello,

I've build my V120d02s in a carbon frame, als with a Spin motor 15500kv from xtreme productions.
New main gear and motor pinion.

Everything is turning smooth by hand, no weird things.

During the build i've tested everything witch a lipo and my futaba t8j and it's working fine.
A last i put the blades on, go outside... and problems.

I've made a youtube movie from the problem.

I'm using a T8J transmitter with an WK-RXF-01 board for the walkera receiver.
I've contact with the servo's and everything. But when i want to give a little throttle, the motor is giving problems like in the video.

Throttle curve is from 0 - 100 liniair.
Anyone idea's what could be the problem?

Edit: yeah on the movie it's turning wrong way around... but both side's are giving the problem.
And why is it working fine when i remove the main blades.... i don't get it...

Movie; [ame]http://youtu.be/R_wxryn2OVE[/ame]

Bad ESC?

Have you tried with the stock motor just to see what happens? Or hook the stock motor without installing it and see if it spins slow also.

And definitely swap your motor wires, lol, that just looks silly

What kind of ESC are you using, the stock one or one of them upgraded 20A?

Edit: Sorry, you said it's turning fine with the blades removed?? Then blades in it slows to a crawl?

motor wires are changed but that was not the problem.

I'm using the stock esc.

I just took of the blades, en it went on, also on low speed.
So i put the blades back on, oke..still working .. so did a testhoover in de garden.

It has to be a bad wiring i think... but witch one...

1. Motor is turning fine when it's outside the frame.
2. i've full servo control
3. all the gears are new and turning fine.

so it has to be something with the esc or the wiring...

Edit: just made my second hoover in the garden.... and i thougt, could it also be that the blades are to tight ?

I doubt the blades are too tight. They shouldn't fold just from a slow motor startup but I've found that it doesn't matter too much how tight they are on the 120, though it seems to fly a little better if the tail blades are a bit stiffer, but I digress.

I would say something screwy with the ESC, but that is beyond my skill level. Do the motor wires have a solid fit into the esc connector?

I think the problem is solved with the blades.

I've made them very loos, and made 3 test hoovers in the garden.
At the beginning there is a little "bump" ... but that's all...

Now it's flying fine.

I'll check the cables also. But for now i think it's fine.

Thnx voor thinking with me.
