I like it definitely good for orientation. Well done. Also consider colored KBDD blades main and tail. They are very good for flips and rolls but not so durable as stock.

Yes the KBDD blades are nice but I only use the tail blades from KBDD (also on my genius). The stock main blades fit and fly better IMO.

Yeah that's a fun little heli. I just got done building a 2S conversion with the GY280.
There's a thread with a lot of good info in RCG: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showt...24710&page=975

It's a long thread, but the last 10 pages or so have helped me with the GY280 install and set-up. I've got about 12 flights on it now-it's very fun and more stable/predictable than my mCPX BL for example. The tail is very good.

2S, what batteries and where do you plan on putting the batteries?

I like the idea of 2S power, but I don't see where you can put the larger packs and keep the CG correct.

How heavy are the 2S packs you are going to use, kind of a small helicopter disk size wise, do you think it can it toss around 2s?

please do post pictures and updates, i'd like to see how it all works out.

These are supposed to fit in the original battery tray.

Problem is that sitr doesny send to Norway, and another site that sold them was out of stock. My plan for the moment is to take my bird to my LHS to se if they have some that will fit nicely.

Yes when I'm done I'm planning to create a little build thread with parts used etc.

Those are the ones I use on my 2S V120. They fit perfectly and don't weigh too much. Plenty of power for the 2S motor.
Might want to see if your LHS can order them for you?

Nice! I have that Alpine (Orange/Yellow) scheme on my Logo600SX. It's super-bright, easy to keep orientation.
How does the weight compare to stock? I've tried to keep this little bird as light as possible...

The weight is double af the original canopy but I stil fly the same time with the new Fusuno canopy's 7min. The only thing that is changed is that the punch is lost faster with the new canopy, about 3min and with the old canopy it was about 4 min, but this is not a problem for me because I have plenty of lipos.

So I do 3min of 3D and 4min of normal flight now

I must say that the Fusuno canopy's are super strong and durable, these things won't break during a crash. The original canopy's cracked open on the bottom during a crash.

The only downside is the price, these fusuno 's are 22 dollar without the shipping cost
