6s1200mAh Gen Ace,Scorpion 2010KV motor

Which pinion is ok to use with?

I frew my MP with 4s-2580KV motor and 15T pinion before and now i want to try 6s,cause of 4s packs is hard to find in my local place.

You will be way over the maximum RPMs with 15T pinion and 14T pinions crack, so 2010kV on 6S is a no go with this heli. You need to get the 6S motor (1360kV) or 4S packs for the 2010kV.

[QUOTE=OICU812;2537484]Ok got my pretty dialed in, only 4 flights and this file is good to go!

Mikado Mini Vbar 5.0 Pro

Reference:

Cyclics: JR 285MG, servo ball spacing is 13.6mm **Note 15mm is too much!** this will be case on Beast X or any other system in order to have proper full resolution! 7mm on tr ball also worked best, 5mm or less was less locked in!

Are you using the longer stand off swash balls or the shorter ones when you say 13.6mm vs. Using 15mm?

Thank you
Matt

This is my budget build, flies as solid as a rock (at least for my style of flying - light 3D, big air)

Stock barebones kit
BeastX (AR7200BX) + satellite
MSH 3S motor + 16T pinion
Turnigy AE45 ESC - fits under the nose if you remove the side of the heatshrink ;-)
Henge D922MG cyclics - we'll see how they perform over time re. slop
TGY-306G tail servo - solid as a rock tail performance
Align 325 Pro blades + stock tail blades
Turnigy 2200 3S - may invest in some bigger ones to get the CoG perfect
TM1000
DX8

The Koby is not flat on its bottom mounting surface so I had to raise it as not to compress the electronic components. I use ultra thin 3M double sided tape to mount it to a foam piece and a cable tie just for insurance. Keeps the ESC elevated and exposed to the airstream on aileron tic tocs, funnels and hurricanes.

My setup is:
Mini Protos with 323mm Edge FBL blades
6S Scorpion (MSH) motor + stock YGE 60 (MSH)
3x MKS DS95
1x MKS DS95i
1200mAh 40C 6S GensAce
Spirit FBL system

For me it is absolutely the best heli. It flies like 700 class heli and is extremly agile.
120% reliability in any conditions (-15°C to 43°C tested, 40 km/h wind is absolutely not a problem)
I own it for two years now and I am happy more and more. Mostly all parts are still stock including the belt! Hundreds of 3D flights and simply I love it ;-)

My mini-Prôtos with only 5 flights

Low fbl head
16t pinion
MSH 325 main blades, & stock yellow tail blades
MSH Scorpion 3s motor
YGE60
tgy-306 cyclics
MKS DS95i tail
SK540 + orangeRX DSMX sat
Turnigy 3s 2200mAh 40C

I need to get some slightly bigger batteries though (or go 6S), as my COG is still slightly towards the tail.

I actually have my servo arms at 16mm, and the short balls on the wash . I had to be pretty light on the swash mixing settings on the SK540 but it flies fine (to my limited knowledge).

Default iKon

Hi

Does anyone have an iKon / Brain setup file they could share with me.
Just to get me in the ballpark with all the settings.

Thanks, Paul

You can simply push the big "450" button in basic setup and it will fly ok with a touch of tail gain tuning Detailed setup won't help you anyway since it has to be tuned for every heli.
