Default is the Warp 360 discontinued?

Hi guys. I have been looking at the Blade 360 CFX, but somebody suggested the Warp 360, and I really liked the design. But I have been shoppiing around here in the U.S., and I can't seem to find it in stock. Has it been discontinued? If I bought a used one, would I still be able to get parts, atleast straight from Compass? thanks

As far as I know it is still in production. There was a shipment a few months ago that came in at ProStar Hobby, but they sold out pretty quickly.

As far as parts availability goes; ProStar has most stuff in stock. Three are a few items that are out of stock at the moment, but I do not foresee that being the case all the time.

However, one can obtain parts for any of the Compass current production helicopters via direct order from Compass or MTTEC, but international shipping will apply.

I would suggest contacting Adam at ProStar Hobby regarding any stock questions.

Knew someone personally who bought the 360cfx... From their experiences, I would definitely NOT recommend that helicopter. I own a warp 360 and I love it!

PS. Purchased mine from ProStar hobby this winter. There were a few parts that I had to get replaced out of the kit, and they were very helpful and responsive. I would recommend purchasing a warp from ProStar

The Warp is not discontinued!

It is a current production model.

Is there a 3 blade head for it? That is what I liked about the 360, and I see the Gaui x3 has one too.

Would you need a 3 bladed tail hub too?

Use the 17T tail pulley and a 3 bladed tale is not needed if converting to 3 blade head.
Warp have never have had problems with tail authority but rather the oppocite as they have made a 19t tailpulley to slow the tail down.

It gives more lift making it possible to do faster 3D if a 360 heli at 3600 rpm headspeed isn`t fast enough.

One caveat, specific to the Warp, is that there is no 3-bladed Warp head. I believe that if you change the head of the Warp, you change what makes it feel so unique.

I was considering what it would take to machine a head assembly hub. I could probably make one if I could get some time at the local college on the CNC machine

That would be cool, what are you going to do about the swash?

I didn't consider that. Haha. And it's a good point. They go hand in hand. Head would only need an indexing 4th axis to machine, but the swash would need more complicated setup and smaller tools
