I needed parts and the only place that had them was Acme in Aus. The lady gave me the main blade grip arms for free because shipping was more than the parts....

Every time I check the website they seem to have all parts, and the few times they been out of something, it's always back in stock within a week or two. Of course it's more than that if its around the Chinese New Year celebration.

Stoked, got a great deal on a used Agile 7.2, checked out parts availability @ kdsmodelsusa.com had what I was looking for. Placed order on 3/3 tracking info shows delivery on 3/7 looking good for 2016 IMO

Most of the parts are in stock but if yoou dont see what you are looking for send an email to kdsmodelsusa@gmail.com and they will respond withing a couple of hours.

So far I had no issues getting parts from the wse in Houston last order from friday Ireceived today

Agile 5.5 main shafts and torque tubes are out of stock. So, I would say that "most parts" are NOT in stock.
Sent some PM's to try and get some answers...

I have a feeling they are going belly up. Stores keep clearing out stock and parts are harder to get. Kdsusa hasn't had a part I've needed for over 3 months.

They are not going belly up. Big changes are in the works. The owner of KDS came to the U.S. this week to work out warehouse issues. I will keep everyone posted as soon as I know what is happening.

I placed an order on april 8th and paid for priority mail and when nothing came I emailed KDS USA. Allen replied and said they were doing inventory and my items would ship Monday the 18th, really, 10 days later and not even a mention of the inventory? Well it's still not here and after a couple of more email replies I have heard nothing back so I filed a complaint with paypal. KDS USA has the worst customer service ever! Does Allen know what he is doing? He is running KDS's name into the ground in the USA and now except for the chase, sometimes, you cant sell your used heli for crap because everyone knows how hard it is to get parts and they are awesome heli's.

I tried to order parts from amazon and so far nothing has turned up. One package is over a week late and tracking was last on 4/16 nothing since. My second package is a few days late but there was never any tracking provided. The third package is suppose to be here sometime around 5/14.
So at the moment I would stay away from amazon for parts.

Hold tight guys. The warehouse will be stocked with all the parts in about a week or so. Support will be better than ever. The owner of KDS went back home today after being down a week. He is very much ready to build the KDS name back up.

I will tell you this the Helicopter world has been very tough. Look at DT and Avant, even thunder tiger.

I am telling you parts are on the way. KDS is very committed to keeping the brand strong.

I would not have signed the team contract if I thought different,

I have been flying Agile 7.2 since pre production and have the same kits since July of 2013.

I am just keeping you guys posted. The reorganization takes some time but it is on the down slope to being complete.

It is a US thing.. I get parts from KDS directly in around a week..

I have stopped my build on my 5.5 As I didn't want to go to far on a custom build and then be out on parts.......

I have a build tread in the 5.5 forum.... Not saying I'm dropping the build just waiting to see where the company goes.

But I have seen the suppliers of parts going down..... Hawk and KDS are just about it for me.... the other two places I was ordering stuff from have drop the line ....

But if KDS wants make an showing ....... Then make a true 6.2 kit for the 5.5 . . . . . . .
My thoughts on other changes........
Also would be nice to see a side frame change to rise the tail servo over the boom ( control rod on the top of the boom ) This would allow a 12 setup with a battery tray on the bottom of the helicopter...lower the parts count by using the same frame on both sides of the bird.. I would also like to see some tail ratio gear options.... As I like to run a lower head speed.

I was getting ready to mod my frame for a battery tray system and move the tail servo to the upper location.... But I have but this on hold for now......
