Default Flybarless velocity 90

Hi heli addicts! Im a newbie to Outrage and The Beast X. Im having set up problems with menu point J (set up mode). This is were you teach the Beast cyclic geometry. I understand how to do this step but my issue is that the light is not blue. This means it is not optimal. To fix the problem I have moved the balls on servo horns in and still no luck. This is my first flybarless heli. I read in Beast manual to correct this problem to try smaller servo horns, longer blade grip link levers. What do you think? The manual for the blade grips show position G1 G2 G3, what ratio should I use? I set up my heli using G2. The manual states this is a ratio of 1.6:1, What does this mean??? How far out on servo horns are your ball links? I went with 30mm at first and now my links are at 27 mm. and still in red.

What servo horns are you using?

Most FBL setups you run the balls on the horns 10-12mm from center. That has been my experiance and alot of others that I know.

I haven't messed with the BeastX on anything larger then a 450 yet but from the Vbar's and a few other system's I've used 10-12mm is what you want.

You might want to post this problem in the BeastX section, you might get your answer a little faster.

22mm is on the small side, they suggest 22mm to 24mm.
