Airtronics 2.4 radios will only bind to Airtronics 2.4 receivers.
The RDS8000 will only bind to Airtronics FSS-1 receivers.
This should answer the "BIND" part of your question.
As to the "FLY" part. After binding any radio and receiver it is necessary to go through each channel being used and set the peramiters and conditions of each channel for the specific aircraft in order for the controls to work properly.
Unless of course each and every aircraft has the exact same channel settings as well as control
peramiters. Which I find highly unlikely.
I hope this is of some small help.
Regards

If you are looking for airplanes (RTF or ARF), there are quite a few sold as "PNP" (Plug and Play).

These usually have everything included, except a receiver, charger, and battery. You would install your own (Airtronics) receiver.

I don't know if there are any PNP helicopters on the market.

Although I am in the process of gradually converting to JR DMSS, I keep a Spektrum equipped JR transmitter around for all of the neat Horizon BNF stuff that keeps coming out.
