Wondering how many folks have acquired this new concept heli with direct drive? Very nice looking high quality model from what I can tell. I wonder how it crashes though? If you don't have a plastic main gear and you have a crash, what's gonna break first? blades? main shaft? Looking foward to getting more commentary on this b/c I plan to get one of these eventually. Looks like a gotta have for anyone's heli collection.

There's already some other threads on this if you search through. It has some balls on it, that's for sure if you watch the videos. I think it's going to be a great heli. The parts are cheap for it so crashing shouldn't be a big deal if something breaks. I want to see more about it and hear more from HF's to get a good baseline.

Yes agreed. And if you get it on Amazon, you can get the asurion toy accident protection plan for about 25 bucks. covers you if you really end up destroying it which in my opinion is almost guaranteed for anyone that is still learning 3d. lol. I have used the plan several times with no issues on the XK k110.(it's around 5 bucks for that one) well worth it.

I have one, it flies great!

I have not crashed it yet (and am hoping not to test it in that manner very soon)!
