Not sure if dji retailers have them but, there are other systems such as the Flymentor that use the same type of mounts for their vertical and horizonal sensors.

Considering the tail boom of a Goblin is tapered, which the DJI mount was not design to fit firmly on to.
Might think about forming one out of a piece of styrene...

Use a heat gun to get it pliable, conform it to the shape of the boom.
Some thin double stick tape will hold it in place.
All about 5 minutes worth of work.

Try using a cable tie mounting pad, the self-adhesive type.

Mount it upside down on the top of the boom, in the notch where the cables would normally sit and cable tie it down, with maybe a piece of double stick tape between it and the boom to keep it from rotating on the boom. Then just stick the GPS puck to the pad adhesive where the pad would normally stick to a flat surface.

Can get a whole bag of them for a couple of bucks from the big box home improvement or automotive supply stores, any electrical supply or even Radio Shack.
