Glad my efforts have been of assistance. My charger is still working fine. I use it at 6.6A with my 6S batteries, and 3A with 3S. Balancing at 6S is painfully slow so I set the timer to 60 minutes as by then it's close even if the charge hasn't terminated.

Difficult to beat at the price, but I find it hard to recommend unless you're as resourceful as me!

Default Backlight???

Hi all!
My charger work fine, i've charged some lipo 6s 5000 mhA at 10A, with max internal temp. 45° Celsius.
But after to days the backlight going stranger (LOL), because now with 0% is too low, and at 100% is turned off... i don't understand, the backlight function now work "inverted", and with poor light.
There's way to "hard reset" the charger?

Another: press and hold "START" and "END" button and turn on the charger... what is this hidden menu? :-)

Does anyone know how to calibrate this charger? I have 2 units both showing different voltages vs my multimeter

Cheers!

I know this is an old thread, but I found it when looking for a high power charger. Anyway, I got the new V2 version of this charger and reading some of the issues, I had a look under the bonnet (hood for you Americans :-) ) It looks like all the issues have been addressed now. It has been running without any problems for several weeks, even when charging two 6S packs via a multi-balance board. Pic attached:
