I am having a problem getting my OS 91HZ pumped engine started on my V90. The clutch bell spins like mad and the motor turns over very slowly. To slow to start. It is like the oneway bearing in the clutch isn't griping. I have dropped the engine to find nothing broken or out of the ordinary.

If the clutch bell is spinning while you are trying to start the heli there is definitely a problem. Double check the alignment of the clutch beaing block assembly and ensure that the clutch is not upside down.

My Velo 90 w/ YS91 is a pain in the arse to start when it's cold. It seems like the one way is slipping in the clutch, tilting it to the side of the muffler and cranking will turn it over. Once it warms up there aren't any issues. This is using a 4S Sullivan starter/wand combo that will crank a semi truck.
