RMJ Designs UK will be offering 2 conversions for the Raptor E700. These products as well as future developments will be available to buy and ship from within the US (worldwide) and Europe.

Raptor E700 Gasser conversion features:
  • Retains Split frame design top to bottom,
  • Uses Zenoah Clutch (not included),
  • Custom Steel vented clutch bell,
  • 12mm Derlin Main gear with stock 7.05 pinion included,
  • CNC one piece engine mount,
  • Top start (option),
  • 440cc fuel tank positioned close to the main shaft for minimal cofg change during flight,
  • Multi RX pack position for personal choice and choice of eqt,
  • Option to fit stock skids or more conventional looking skids,
  • Dry weight fully equipped (c5.2kg variable with fit).

Raptor E700 Nitro conversion features:
  • Retains Spilt frame top/bottom design,
  • 12mm Derlin Custom Main gear with fixed 8:1 main gear ratio,
  • 630cc fuel tank close to cofg,
  • Clutch stack removable from the top for easy maintenance,
  • More conventional looking skid braces,
  • Light yet rigid design for outstanding power to weight performance.

By retaining the split frame design you have the upper half which houses all of the electronics, levers etc and keeps it separate to the power plant. This has distinct advantages.
  1. the upper section is very rigid within itself and can be worked on, removed, installed with minimum fuss on the lower half.
  2. Should you have a hard landing or something more serious you may only damage a small section of a lower frame as an example. With a split frame top to bottom design you can replace the lower frame in minutes without having to tear down and rebuild a whole side removing electronics etc,
  3. Saves you money!

Hi
i am very intersted in converring my e700 to nitro.
Do you know if I have to buy the conversion kit in USA only?
Or does RMJ Desing sale directly?

Because I live in germany. Ordering from inside europe is much easier because of taxes and toll (as long as UK is part of europe :-) )
