I don't think you have a 4g3.

a 4g3 is small, 12" rotor diameter. I don't think it ever had a metal frame, and three cell? Wow, I have heard of two cell conversions, but it is stock is 1 cell.

I'm quite confused... the 4G3 does not have a metal frame. Can you take a picture and post it... very interested to see what your heli looks like, A stock 4G3 battery is a 1 cell Lipo that is 1.25 inches long by 1 inch wide by 0.25 inches thick.

I've never seen a head for the 4g3 with the flybar on top (it's below the blades) - most cells I've ever seen are 2, which is a mod. Frame is a small plastic piece that has a spot for the shaft, a receiver for the tail boom and places to mount the servos and 4in1.

This is a Walkera 4g3?

Sounds more like a Walkera 52, which has the flybar above the rotor and uses a 3 cell lipo
