Default tail pushes left

wild brushless nano extended solid boom 7mm tail motor

my tail slowly spins to the left in a hover if i try to trim it out even 1 click it starts going to the right slowly.. how do i go about fixing this? i cant get it to be solid

How much is your boom extended? You might have a bit too much mechanical gain. If you extended the boom by a lot, you might try shortening it a couple of mm at a time and see if it helps.

5 inches is the total length of the carbon rod i used for the boom, i dont believe that would be to long but makes since i might try making it shorter i think stock is 105mm

5 inches is pretty long, I think somewhere around 125-127mm. I think I'm running something like 112mm or so on my "stretch" wild bl nano. I had a 117mm boom on it at one time and it seemed to be about as long as I would want to go.

ahhhh im going to go shorten it up and test it now at 113mm and see how it goes.. just dosent seem like that much of a stretch to me lol

I've had good luck with my BL using 112mm, but the next time I replace it I think I'll go back to stock length. I don't think it really improved tail hold significantly, and with stock length I can transport my Nano in the original box.

You can still transport a nano with an extended tail in the original box. Just need to modify that pesky styrofoam a bit.
