I copied Buddyclub's low profile speed landing gear and just tested it out for the first time today. I was super nervous about landing since it's so narrow, but it didn't come anywhere close to tipping. Definitely gives it a more aggressive stance! Now I need to trim some vinyl to complete the look

Here's my little bird...
The first picture was before my little crash.
Now I'm using the white bevel main gear and white landing skid.
The cf-skid is waiting for next repair.

Changed out the talon 90 esc for a ice2 120 amp esc & the bec pro bec for a gryphon bec & redid my boom

A great upgrade from my 450X. The snow had just melted before I got here to fly. It is such a thrill to fly.

I guess you can say I like X5s.

My X5 tale is a precautionary one. Avoid large parts lots on ebay. If you buy one, these things just don't stop emerging from your parts bins.
